Motivational Interactions Workshop

Course overview

Motivational Interactions is an approach towards strengthening an individual's own level of motivation. Learners will gain an understanding of how to utilise 'change talk' and other motivational techniques. This workshop will improve interviewing skills and techniques designed to assist people towards positive change. 

Entry requirements

Open to all Corrective Services NSW staff who work directly with offenders.

Delivery mode

This workshop will require completion of the following;

  • Face to face / Virtual attendance (2 days)
