The provisions of the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 and the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999 restrict what information can lawfully be disclosed by Corrective Services NSW.

If you are a relative or friend seeking the current location of an inmate, the Corrective Services NSW Inmate Location Line can be contacted on (02) 8346 1000 or by email: CScorporatesupport@dcj.nsw.gov.au 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You must confirm your identity and provide the name and date of birth or name and Master Index Number (MIN) of the inmate.

If you are a community member or a representative from a Government or non-Government agency/service provider seeking the current location of an inmate, email: CScorporatesupport@dcj.nsw.gov.au 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You must confirm your identity, provide the name and date of birth or name and Master Index Number (MIN) of the inmate and the reason for your enquiry.
