Dillwynia Correctional Centre is a maximum security facility for female offenders. It is part of the Francis Greenway Correctional Complex (formerly John Morony Correctional Complex), which is located 5km south of Windsor.
There are two other facilities on the complex, Geoffrey Pearce Correctional Centre and John Morony Correctional Centre.

Regular train services stop at either Windsor or Mt Druitt train stations.
The 674 Bus Windsor to Mt Druitt (Busways) operates between Mt Druitt and Windsor train stations via the complex on a limited service from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
There is car parking available on the complex.
Dillwynia CC recognises that visits are important to maintain strong family relationships and make it easier for inmates to readjust to life in the community when they are released.
Families, friends and community members can arrange to visit inmates.
Dillwynia CC offers video and in-person visits.
Bookings are required for in-person and video visits.
The families and friends of Dillwynia CC inmates can make an online booking for In-Person or Video Visits through Just Connect. You must register with Just Connect to make a booking by completing the Just Connect Application Form. For more information, please visit Just Connect page.
If you need to create a new VIN, find out what your VIN is, or if this is your first time visiting an inmate, please email Dillwynia.VisitBooking@justice.nsw.gov.au
For a new VIN to be created please provide a copy of your current photo ID for verification, the inmate's MIN, your relationship to the inmate and your phone number in case we need to contact you.
Just Connect online bookings are open from 12:15am Monday and closes at 2:30pm Thursday for the coming weekend only.
Video visits are subject to the same policy and application processes as in-person visits.
There are a number of rules that must be followed in order to have a video visit with an inmate. If the family member, friend or inmate breaches any of these rules the video visit may be terminated.

Before travelling to a centre for an in-person visit, please call to confirm your visit and visiting time.
New COVID-safety measures apply to in-person visits, make sure you know the rules before you book to avoid missing out.

Dillwynia CC inmates are allowed to have 1 visit per week. One In-person Visit OR one Video Visit (AVL or Family Tablet) subject to availability.

The visits area is a family environment. You must dress appropriately. This generally means clothes must be respectable and not too provocative.
You cannot wear anything that hides your face, except for religious reasons. In that case you will be asked to remove your face covering temporarily so staff can verify your identity.
