The visits area is a family environment. You must dress appropriately. This generally means clothes must be respectable and not too provocative.
You cannot wear anything that hides your face, except for religious reasons. In that case you will be asked to remove your face covering temporarily so staff can verify your identity.

Register for JUST Connect using the online JUST Connect Application Form.
JUST Connect bookings open 3:30 pm Sunday and close 3:00pm Wednesday for the coming weekend only. No changes can be made once bookings have closed.

In-person visits take place on Saturday and Sunday (no public holidays) from:

Before travelling to the centre for an in-person visit, please call to confirm your booking.
Visitors are encouraged to arrive 1 hour before their visit to allow time to process their entry and are asked to be be considerate of other booked visits.
No visitors will be processed within 15 minutes of their allocated visit time.
